Data Protection Policies


In order to comply with current General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and for the better governance and security of the Association and its business, the Committee have created the following policies, agreed at the Annual General Meeting in 2017.

The Association’s membership database is used for email-based correspondence as a quick and cost-effective way of informing members of news and events during the year. It is a member's responsibility to update their details via the membership portal when prompted by the Association.
