SHIPPING POLICY
Once we have your order we aim to send you your items as soon as we are able. We are a small organisation made up of alumni based all over the world. All our items are shipped by our Merchandise Secretary, who works full-time, so please bear with us if shipping takes longer than usual.

RETURN POLICY
If you are unhappy with your product and would like to send it back, please note that we cannot pay for return postage. Please return the item to the following address and send an email to clerk@slems-association.org.uk so we know to expect your parcel. We will refund you once we have received the item and verified its condition.

We cannot do exchanges. If you would like to get another size, e.g. of hoodie, please return the item and buy another.
